Entry-Level Farm Career with Leadership Growth

This position is open to beginner and intermediate skill levels. No formal farming experience is required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates:

You will work directly under farm leadership to learn:

• Flower crop production

• Soil preparation and regenerative farming practices

• Irrigation systems

• Harvesting and post-harvest processing
