Stations

We consider ourselves life-long learners, so we love being able to offer educational stations as part of the day. We have hand-crafted these stations for Fall 2025.

What your field trip could include:

• Sunflower Maze Exploration + Fall Scavenger Hunt

• Bee Hive Education Stop – safe, up-close look at pollinators at work, we will show a frame from the hive with all the different stages of bee life and kids will be able to view it in an observation hive

• Animal Encounters – meet our chickens, goats, pigs, Great Pyrenees farm dogs, and barn cats

• Craft & Activity Stations – you choose 2 of 5 options (cool season seed bombs, paint a pumpkin, sunflower seed harvesting, piggy treat time, dissecting a flower)

Things to Know

Before You Come

We've organized your time at the farm into stations so that each child has the opportunity to experience all activities and educational stations in smaller groups. It will be a guided field trip with a break for lunch all together.

Each Field Trip normally lasts 3-5 hours. If you'd like to stay longer, please coordinate with our staff ahead of time. Otherwise, we'd encourage your students and their families to visit us during You Pick or other events. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled trip to allow time for parking. Additionally, please be mindful of wrapping up on time so we can resume our regular farming activities after everyone has left.

Other guests beyond students and teachers can pay their admission cost at the farm with either cash, card, or Venmo.

If your Field Trip is canceled due to inclement weather, we will work with you to find an alternate date. In the event we cannot do so, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.
